For blogging please use the following steps:

> Register
> After you have registered, a password will be sent to you
> Login In with your name and password
> Click on Profiles (on the left of the page)
> Change your password
> Click on New Post (on top of the page)
> Type in your text
> Optional: Upload a picture (file limit 1 MB)
> Select in which Category/Categories you want to publish your Blog (on the right of the page)
> Click Publish (on the right of the page)
> Log out or open new browser window
> See your Blog
> You can edit or delete your Post whenever you like while logged in
